The most valuable content on websites were photos, detailed information about properties for sale, floor plans, and the real estate agent contact information.
According to Zillow.com:
Nearly all prospective buyers (96%) reported searching for homes online.
Zillow found that 22-27 photos are the ideal number.
67% of Successful Buyers said: “I wish more listings had 3D tours available.”
82% of Successful Buyers said: “I’m more likely to view a home if the listing includes a floorplan that I like”
